Belinda Theuns is a video content creator who has produced a variety of content for TV Broadcast and online platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Vevo, Spotify and TikTok.

Coming from a Fine Art education and background in painting and drawing, Belinda moved into Media Arts graduating with a Bachelor of Digital Media in 2004. She has over 20 years experience in screen content creation and a high level of proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premier Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator. 

​Belinda worked in the video production department at Sony Music Entertainment for 13 years, a little bit too long really! She held the roles Motion Graphic Designer, Video Production Manager and Video Editor where she produced and edited content that ranged from short form TVC’s, music videos, live music performances, behind the scenes content, teasers, pre rolls, YouTube series content, Spotify canvases, sizzle reels, event coverage, brand activation and collaboration to longer form artist interviews, documentaries and TV specials. Her Motion Graphic work ranges from illustrated animation to branded motion graphics.

 

Over the years Belinda has also worked as a freelancer producing content for Sony Music artists, various fashion brands and corporations. In 2021 she had a break from industry to fulfill a teaching role at AFTRS. Here she teaches students Editing, Motion Design, VFX and Animation. After two years of teaching full time and missing making work Belinda has returned to industry to freelance in conjunction with casual teaching blocks at AFTRS.
